Made from high-density, light, very durable and comfortable to the touch EVA foam, the UNIVERSAL kickboard is characterised by excellent buoyancy and a classic, simple shape enriched by two holes, which serve as handles. They enable the user to comfortably and securely hold the kickboard during swimming in order to isolate upper and bottom body parts. This helps in training the strength of the legs, as well as overall stamina. It also aids in establishing a correct body position during swimming.
