How to become a Commercial Partner of PPHU SPORTEX?
PPHU SPORTEX as a distribution company cooperates only with Contractors whose business profile is the further resale of sports and tourist equipment.

After successful verification, the Main User Account is created by the Store Operator, about which the Contractor will be notified by e-mail in an automatically generated message. The message will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Contractor during verification. This email address is also the account login. The Contractor will be asked to create a password used to log into the system. Each login to the b2b-aquaspeed.com.pl website takes place using the data provided in the registration form.
The B2B - AQUA SPEED system allows the user to create additional employee accounts with appropriate permissions as part of the Main User Account. To set up such accounts, please contact the Store Operator at the following e-mail address: info@aquaspeed.com.pl. or directly contact your account manager.
Please also send via email to the address info@aquaspeed.com.pl such documents as an entry in the business register or National Court Register, Tax Identification Number and Regon, to enable the Store Operator to confirm the data and business profile.

Commercial terms and procedures
Trade transactions are carried out by the PPHU SPORTEX Sales Department, which is available to our contractors between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
PPHU SPORTEX accepts orders placed via the B2B - AQUA SPEED System, where the quantity, type of goods, method of receipt and price are specified. Ordering the goods is treated as a commitment to collect them. A VAT invoice is issued when the order is processed.
Delivery and receipt of goods
Mail orders are accepted between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Delivery services are provided to us by the courier company DPD. The order can also be picked up at the company's headquarters at ul. Obywatelska 157, 94-104 Łódź. between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., informing the Sales Department about this fact and assuming the appropriate time interval to assemble the ordered goods.
Prices
All prices in the price list are wholesale prices. PPHU SPORTEX, G. Bielecki reserves the right to change prices in the event of changes in the exchange rates of the respective currencies (USD, EURO). Depending on the turnover achieved, each Contractor receives an appropriate level of wholesale prices. The conditions are agreed with Contractors individually.
Complaints
Complaints about transport orders must be reported no later than 48 hours after receiving the package. In matters related to theft, loss, damage or destruction of the shipment, please contact us at the phone number 42 218 50 99 or email info@aquaspeed.com.pl. Complaints about non-compliance of deliveries with the invoice should be submitted as soon as possible after finding such a situation by phone number 42 218 50 99, or by e-mail info@aquaspeed.com.pl. In the case of deliveries carried out through the forwarder, if there is a discrepancy between the amount of goods in the shipment and the invoice or weight specified on the waybill, and actually received, the recipient is obliged to draw up a complaint report with the participation of the forwarder and immediately notify by phone and in writing PPHU SPORTEX, G. Bielecki.
